ClickTech — Terms of Service
Last updated: 21st July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “Member”) and ClickTech Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09899629), with its registered office at Leytonstone House, 3 Hanbury Drive, Leytonstone, London, E11 1GA, United Kingdom (“ClickTech,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
These Terms govern your access to and use of the ClickTech website (clicktech.com), ClickTech HUB, Omni AI, Adzooma, the ClickTech Partner Programme, and all related services, content, and tools (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Additional terms and policies
These Terms work alongside the following documents, which are incorporated by reference. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and a product-specific document, the product-specific document prevails for that product:
- Subscription & Billing Terms — pricing, payment, auto-renewal, cancellation
- Refund & Guarantee Policy — our 30-day money-back guarantee and refund procedures
- Privacy Policy — how we collect, use and protect your data
- Cookie Policy — how we use cookies and similar technologies
- Acceptable Use Policy — rules for using the Services responsibly
- Adzooma Terms of Service — additional terms governing Adzooma platform access (apply alongside these Terms when you use Adzooma)
If we introduce new products or features with their own terms, we will notify you and link them here.
2. Eligibility
To use the Services you must:
- be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
- have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- provide accurate, complete and current registration information; and
- not have been previously suspended or removed from the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@clicktech.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
You may not share, sell, transfer or sublicense your account or any login credentials to any other person, except where team access is expressly included in your subscription plan.
4. The Services
4.1 ClickTech HUB
ClickTech HUB is an education and tools platform offering courses, challenges, playbooks, templates, certificates of completion, community access and integrated tools. HUB is available in free and paid tiers. Paid tiers (including HUB+) include access to Omni AI credits as described at the point of purchase. The specific features, content and credit allocations included in each tier may change — we will give you reasonable notice of material changes.
4.2 Omni AI
Omni AI provides access to multiple third-party AI models through a single interface. Omni AI is included with certain HUB+ subscription tiers and may also be available separately. Your use of Omni AI is subject to the credit allocation included in your plan and to the Acceptable Use Policy. AI model availability depends on third-party providers and may change without notice — we do not guarantee that any specific model will remain available.
4.3 Adzooma
Adzooma is a PPC audit and optimisation platform available in free and paid tiers. Your use of Adzooma is governed by these Terms and additionally by the Adzooma Terms of Service.
4.4 ClickTech Partner Programme (CPP)
The Partner Programme provides commercial benefits, expert support and resources for agencies, freelancers and in-house marketing teams. Participation is subject to eligibility criteria and a separate partner agreement where applicable.
5. Omni AI credits
5.1 Credit allocation
Paid HUB+ plans include a monthly allocation of Omni AI credits. The number of credits included depends on your subscription tier and is stated at the point of purchase.
5.2 Credit consumption
Different AI models and actions consume credits at different rates. The current credit consumption rates are published within the Omni AI platform and may be updated as model costs change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to consumption rates.
5.3 Credit expiry
Monthly credit allocations reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits from the previous cycle do not carry over unless expressly stated in your plan.
5.4 Additional credits
You may purchase additional credit top-ups. Additional credits are consumed before your monthly allocation resets. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, as they incur immediate third-party AI processing costs. See the Refund & Guarantee Policy for full details.
5.5 Fair use
We reserve the right to impose or adjust fair-use limits on credit consumption to maintain service quality for all members. We will notify you before any limit affects your usage.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Our content
All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials provided through the Services (“ClickTech Content”) are owned by or licensed to ClickTech and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ClickTech Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.
6.2 Your content
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload or submit through the Services (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant ClickTech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, reproduce and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except where Your Content has been shared with other members or incorporated into community features.
6.3 AI-generated output
Content you generate using Omni AI (“AI Output”) is produced using third-party AI models. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and using AI Output appropriately. ClickTech does not claim ownership of AI Output you generate. However:
- AI Output may not be unique — other users may generate similar or identical content.
- AI Output may contain inaccuracies, errors or biased information. You should not rely on AI Output as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
- Your use of AI Output is subject to the applicable third-party AI provider’s terms regarding output ownership and use.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI Output complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.
6.4 Certificates
Certificates of completion issued by ClickTech HUB certify that you completed a specific course or challenge within the platform. They are issued by ClickTech and do not represent accreditation by any external body unless expressly stated on the certificate itself.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or connected systems;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;
- use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services except as expressly permitted;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Services or AI credits to third parties;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- use AI Output to generate spam, misleading content, deepfakes or any content designed to deceive; or
- circumvent any usage limits, credit restrictions or access controls.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full set of rules.
8. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Subscription plans, pricing, payment terms, auto-renewal, cancellation procedures and our 30-day money-back guarantee are governed by the Subscription & Billing Terms and the Refund & Guarantee Policy, which form part of these Terms.
9. Termination
9.1 By you
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. Cancellation procedures are described in the Subscription & Billing Terms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless you are within the guarantee period described in the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
9.2 By us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law. Where practicable and lawful, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.
9.3 Effect of termination
On termination: your access to paid features ceases at the end of your current billing period (or immediately in the case of termination for breach); your unused credits expire; and your right to use ClickTech Content ends. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request export of Your Content before termination by contacting support@clicktech.com.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 “As is” provision
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10.2 No guaranteed outcomes
ClickTech provides education and software tools. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, income, career advancement or business success. Individual results depend on your effort, experience and circumstances.
10.3 AI disclaimer
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purposes. ClickTech does not warrant the accuracy, reliability or appropriateness of any AI Output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI Output before use.
10.4 Third-party dependencies
Certain features of the Services depend on third-party providers (including AI model providers, advertising platforms and payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy or policies of third-party services. The availability of specific AI models, advertising platform integrations and other third-party features may change without notice.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amounts you paid to ClickTech in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) £100.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities or goodwill.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for UK consumers).
11.3 Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and other applicable consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ClickTech, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) Your Content; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the effective date.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that apply regardless of the governing law chosen, and you retain any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
15. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the documents referenced in Section 1, constitute the entire agreement between you and ClickTech regarding the Services.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government action, power failures, internet disruptions or third-party service failures.
- Notices. We will send notices to the email address associated with your account. You may send notices to support@clicktech.com or by post to our registered address.
