ClickTech — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the ClickTech Terms of Service and applies to all users of ClickTech HUB, Omni AI, Adzooma, the ClickTech Partner Programme and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This policy exists to keep the ClickTech ecosystem safe, fair and productive for everyone. If you are unsure whether something is permitted, contact support@clicktech.com before proceeding.
1. General principles
You agree to use the Services:
- lawfully, and in compliance with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations;
- honestly, and without misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, affiliations or intentions;
- respectfully, without harassing, threatening, defaming or discriminating against others; and
- fairly, without attempting to exploit, manipulate or abuse the Services, other members, or ClickTech.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Services to:
2.1 Illegal activity
- engage in, facilitate, promote or solicit any illegal activity;
- violate any applicable law, regulation, court order or regulatory requirement;
- launder money or facilitate the proceeds of crime;
- evade taxes or circumvent sanctions.
2.2 Harmful content
- create, upload, share or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;
- create, share or distribute content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or harm to others;
- create or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any such activity will be reported to law enforcement immediately;
- create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery;
- bully, harass, stalk or intimidate any person.
2.3 Fraud and deception
- impersonate any person, business or organisation;
- create fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements;
- conduct phishing, social engineering or other fraudulent schemes;
- present AI-generated content as human-created where doing so would be deceptive (e.g. fake testimonials, fabricated qualifications, synthetic media presented as authentic);
- use the Services to generate deepfakes, misinformation or disinformation.
2.4 Intellectual property infringement
- upload, share or distribute content that infringes any third party’s copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights;
- use the Services to scrape, copy or reproduce copyrighted material;
- redistribute ClickTech courses, playbooks, templates or other proprietary content outside the platform without written permission.
2.5 Spam and unsolicited communications
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages or commercial solicitations through the Services;
- use the Services to harvest email addresses or other contact information;
- use Omni AI to generate spam content at scale.
2.6 System abuse
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, other users’ accounts, or connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malware, trojans or other harmful code;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Services;
- use automated tools (bots, scripts, crawlers) to access the Services except as expressly permitted by us or through our official APIs;
- intentionally overload, disrupt or interfere with the Services or their infrastructure;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with security features, access controls, usage limits or credit restrictions.
2.7 AI-specific misuse (Omni AI)
- use Omni AI to generate content that violates this AUP or the terms of any third-party AI model provider;
- attempt to extract, reveal or reverse-engineer the system prompts, training data, model weights or internal workings of any AI model;
- use Omni AI to generate medical, legal or financial advice and present it as professional advice without appropriate professional review and disclaimers;
- use Omni AI to develop competing AI products or to systematically benchmark AI models (beyond normal personal/business use);
- resell or redistribute AI credits or AI-generated outputs as a commercial service without written permission from ClickTech;
- use Omni AI in any application where AI errors could result in death, personal injury or significant physical or environmental harm.
2.8 Credit and refund abuse
- create multiple accounts to exploit free tiers, trials or the 30-day money-back guarantee;
- subscribe, consume large volumes of AI credits, and request a refund in bad faith;
- use automated means to generate or consume AI credits;
- sell, trade or transfer AI credits between accounts.
2.9 Advertising platform misuse (Adzooma)
- use Adzooma to manage advertising campaigns that promote illegal products, services or content;
- violate the terms of service of any connected advertising platform (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads);
- use Adzooma to click-fraud, impression-fraud or otherwise manipulate advertising metrics;
- connect advertising accounts you do not own or have authorisation to manage.
2.10 Community misuse
- use community features (forums, chat, comments) to spam, recruit, solicit or promote competing services;
- share personal information of other members without their consent;
- disrupt community discussions with abusive, off-topic or deliberately provocative behaviour.
3. Content standards
If you create, upload or share content through the Services (including community posts, shared prompts, course reviews and AI-generated content), it must:
- be accurate and not misleading (to the best of your knowledge);
- be your own original work, or you must have the rights/permissions to share it;
- comply with this AUP and all applicable laws;
- not contain sensitive personal data of third parties (such as financial details, health information or government ID numbers) without their explicit consent.
4. Reporting violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it to:

- In-platform reporting: use the report function where available within the Services.
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You will not be penalised for making a good-faith report.
5. Enforcement
5.1 Investigation
We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP using available information, including account activity, content review and information from third parties.
5.2 Actions we may take
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may:
- issue a warning;
- remove or restrict access to offending content;
- temporarily suspend your account;
- permanently terminate your account;
- report the activity to law enforcement or relevant authorities;
- pursue legal remedies.
5.3 Serious violations
For serious violations (including illegal activity, CSAM, fraud, or system attacks), we may terminate your account immediately without prior warning and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
5.4 Appeal
If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting support@clicktech.com within 14 days. We will review your appeal and respond within 14 business days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
