ClickTech — Subscription & Billing Terms
Last updated: 21st July 2026
These Subscription & Billing Terms form part of the ClickTech Terms of Service and govern the payment, renewal and cancellation of paid subscriptions to ClickTech HUB, Omni AI, Adzooma and any other paid Services. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. Subscription plans
1.1 Available plans
ClickTech offers paid subscription plans on monthly, quarterly and annual billing cycles. The features, credit allocations and pricing for each plan are displayed on the relevant pricing page at the time of purchase. We also offer free tiers for certain Services (including ClickTech HUB Free and Adzooma Free), which do not require payment but are subject to the Terms of Service.
1.2 Trials
We may offer trial periods, including:
- Free trials — access to paid features at no charge for a stated period.
- Paid trials — access to paid features for a reduced introductory price (e.g. $1 for 7 days) for a stated period.
At the end of any trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected at sign-up, at the full price displayed at the time of purchase, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We will remind you before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
1.3 What you are agreeing to at checkout
Before you complete your purchase, we will clearly show you:
- the plan you are subscribing to and what it includes;
- the total amount that will be charged today;
- the billing frequency (monthly, quarterly or annually);
- the renewal price and date of your next payment;
- confirmation that the subscription renews automatically until you cancel; and
- links to these Subscription & Billing Terms and the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the recurring charges described and acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Pricing and payment
2.1 Currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Displayed prices may be exclusive of VAT, sales tax or other applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required by law. Your card may be charged in USD; your bank may apply currency conversion fees over which we have no control.
2.2 Payment methods
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards and PayPal, processed through our third-party payment processors. By providing a payment method, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to that method on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected billing cycle.
2.3 Billing descriptor
Charges from ClickTech will appear on your statement as CLICKTECH or CLICKTECH HUB (the exact descriptor depends on your payment method). If you do not recognise a charge, please contact support@clicktech.com before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider — we can usually resolve the query immediately.
2.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again and notify you by email. If payment remains unsuccessful after reasonable retry attempts, we may suspend or downgrade your account to a free tier until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.
3. Auto-renewal
3.1 Automatic renewal
All paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or annually) at the then-current price, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3.2 Renewal reminders
We will send you a reminder email before each renewal. For annual subscriptions, we will send the reminder at least 14 days before the renewal date, in accordance with the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
3.3 Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The new price will apply from your next renewal date after the notice period. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date and your current subscription will continue at the existing price until the end of your paid period.
4. Cancellation
4.1 How to cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- your account settings within the ClickTech HUB platform (self-serve, available 24/7); or
- by contacting support@clicktech.com.
Cancellation is designed to be as simple as sign-up. You will never be required to call a phone number or complete unreasonable steps to cancel.
4.2 Effect of cancellation
When you cancel:
- your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period;
- you retain access to all paid features until that date;
- at the end of the paid period, your account reverts to the free tier (where available) — your account and content are preserved, but paid features and unused credits are no longer accessible;
- no further charges will be applied.
4.3 Cancellation during a trial
If you cancel during a free trial, no charge is made. If you cancel during a paid trial (e.g. $1 for 7 days), the trial charge stands but no further charges are made. In both cases, you may be eligible for a refund under the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
5. Pausing your subscription
5.1 How to pause
As an alternative to cancelling, you may pause your subscription directly from the ClickTech HUB dashboard (self-serve, available 24/7). When pausing, you choose a pause duration of 1, 2, or 3 months.
5.2 Effect of pausing
During the pause period:
- no charges are made to your payment method;
- your account, content and preferences are preserved;
- access to paid features is suspended until your subscription resumes;
- unused credits are frozen — they do not expire during the pause but are not available for use until you resume.
Your subscription resumes automatically at the end of the pause period you selected, and billing restarts at the then-current price for your plan.
5.3 Resuming early
You can resume your subscription at any time before the pause period ends via the ClickTech HUB dashboard. Billing restarts immediately upon resumption and your paid features are restored straight away.
5.4 Pause limits
To ensure the pause feature is used as intended, it may be subject to limits (for example, a maximum number of pauses per 12-month period). Any applicable limits are displayed in the dashboard at the time of pausing.
6. Upgrades, downgrades and plan changes
6.1 Upgrades
If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the price difference is charged immediately (pro-rated for the remainder of your current billing period) and your new plan features are available straight away. Plan upgrades are non-refundable. See the Refund & Guarantee Policy.
6.2 Downgrades
If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan’s features until then.
6.3 Credit top-ups
Additional Omni AI credit purchases are one-off transactions, not subscriptions. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased, as they incur immediate third-party AI processing costs. See Section 5 of the Terms of Service and the Refund & Guarantee Policy for details.
7. UK consumer rights — cooling-off period
7.1 Your statutory right
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may cancel for any reason.
7.2 Immediate access and your acknowledgement
Because ClickTech provides digital content and services, by completing your purchase you:
- expressly request that we begin providing the Services immediately (so you can start learning and using the tools right away); and
- acknowledge that, once the digital content has been accessed, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the cooling-off period to the extent the content has been consumed.
7.3 Our guarantee goes further
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than the 14-day statutory right. If you are unhappy for any reason within 30 days of your first full payment, we will refund you — subject to the conditions described in the Refund & Guarantee Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8. Billing for Adzooma
If you subscribe to a paid Adzooma plan, billing is governed by these Subscription & Billing Terms. Adzooma’s product-specific terms at adzooma.com/legal/terms-and-conditions apply additionally. Where there is a conflict between these terms and the Adzooma-specific terms regarding billing, these Subscription & Billing Terms prevail.
