ClickTech — Results & Earnings Disclaimer
Last updated: 21st July 2026
This Results & Earnings Disclaimer forms part of the ClickTech Terms of Service and applies to all ClickTech websites, products and services — including ClickTech HUB, Omni AI, Adzooma, the ClickTech Partner Programme and all related content, courses, tools and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
1. What ClickTech provides
ClickTech provides education, software tools and community support. Our products include online courses, challenges, playbooks, templates, AI tools, advertising optimisation tools and related resources designed to help you build skills in areas such as AI, digital marketing, advertising, copywriting, freelancing and business development.
We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, business opportunity programmes, or any form of guaranteed income system. Nothing in our Services should be interpreted as a promise, projection or guarantee of any financial outcome.
2. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, income, revenue, career advancement, business success, or financial return from using our Services.
Your results from using ClickTech HUB, Omni AI, Adzooma or any other ClickTech product will depend entirely on factors personal to you, including but not limited to:
- the time and effort you invest;
- your existing knowledge, skills and experience;
- your business circumstances and market conditions;
- how you apply what you learn;
- your financial resources; and
- factors outside anyone’s control, such as economic conditions, competition and platform changes.
Because these factors vary from person to person, we cannot and do not make any assurances about what you will achieve. The education and tools we provide are designed to build your skills and capabilities — what you do with those skills is up to you.
3. Testimonials and case studies
From time to time, we share testimonials, case studies, examples and success stories from members, partners and customers. These represent the individual experiences of those specific people and are shared in good faith. They are not intended as a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Individual experiences vary significantly. A testimonial describing a specific outcome (such as time saved, content produced, campaign performance, or business growth) reflects that person’s unique circumstances, effort and application. You should not rely on any testimonial as an indicator of what you should expect.
Where testimonials include specific claims, we have obtained the contributor’s consent and, where possible, verified the claims described. However, we do not independently audit every detail of every testimonial.
4. Educational content is not professional advice
The educational content provided through ClickTech HUB — including courses, challenges, playbooks, eBooks, webinars, community posts and AI-generated outputs — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:
- financial, investment or tax advice;
- legal advice;
- professional business consulting;
- employment advice or career counselling; or
- advice specific to your individual circumstances.
You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, tax or business decisions. ClickTech, its founders, employees, instructors and contributors are not liable for any decisions you make based on the educational content provided.
5. AI-generated content
Omni AI provides access to third-party AI models that generate content based on your inputs. AI-generated content:
- may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your purposes;
- should not be relied upon as factual without independent verification;
- does not constitute professional advice of any kind; and
- is your responsibility to review, verify and use appropriately.
ClickTech does not warrant the accuracy, reliability or suitability of any AI-generated output. See Section 6 of the Terms of Service for full details on AI-generated content.
6. Third-party tools and platforms
Our educational content may reference, teach or demonstrate the use of third-party tools, platforms and services (such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, Shopify, Canva, and others). ClickTech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies unless expressly stated (such as our verified advertising platform partnerships). References to third-party tools are for educational purposes, and the availability, features, pricing and terms of those tools are controlled by their respective owners and may change without notice.
7. Forward-looking statements
Certain content on our websites and in our marketing materials may contain forward-looking statements about ClickTech’s plans, goals and ambitions (such as our goal to empower 10 million people by 2029). These are statements of aspiration and intent, not guarantees of future performance. Actual results may differ from stated goals due to factors including market conditions, competition, technology changes and business decisions.
8. Advertising and marketing claims
We make every effort to ensure that our marketing and advertising materials are accurate and not misleading. Where we use specific figures (such as customer counts, model counts, or ad spend analysed), these are substantiated and documented in our internal claims register. Where we describe product capabilities, we describe what the tools do — not what results they will deliver for you.
If you believe any claim on our website or in our marketing materials is inaccurate or misleading, please contact us at support@clicktech.com so we can review and correct it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClickTech, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, instructors and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Services or your reliance on any content, education, tools or AI-generated output provided through the Services.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for UK consumers). See Section 11 of the Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability provisions.
10. Your responsibility
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are solely responsible for your own results, decisions and actions;
- ClickTech provides education and tools, not guaranteed outcomes;
- any financial, business or career decisions you make are your own;
- you will not hold ClickTech responsible for any results (or lack of results) from applying what you learn; and
- you have read, understood and accepted this disclaimer.
