3. Marketing communications
We will only send you marketing emails if you have given your consent (e.g. by subscribing to our newsletter or opting in at checkout). You can withdraw your consent at any time by:
- clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email;
- updating your communication preferences in your account settings; or

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect transactional emails (such as billing confirmations and renewal reminders), which are necessary for the performance of our contract with you.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with the following categories of third parties, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
4.1 Payment processors
We use third-party payment processors (which may include Stripe, PayPal, Recurly or others as applicable) to process your payments. These processors handle your payment card details directly and are PCI DSS compliant. We share your name, email and billing details with them to process transactions.
4.2 AI model providers
When you use Omni AI, your prompts (inputs) are sent to third-party AI model providers to generate outputs. These providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others as listed within the Omni AI platform. Your prompts and AI-generated outputs are shared with these providers solely to deliver the AI functionality you requested. We encourage you not to include sensitive personal data in your AI prompts. Each provider’s own data processing terms apply to their handling of your inputs — we maintain data processing agreements with each provider.
4.3 Advertising platforms
When you connect advertising accounts through Adzooma, data is exchanged between ClickTech and the respective advertising platform (Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok) via their official APIs, in accordance with each platform’s terms of service and data policies.
4.4 Hosting and infrastructure providers
We use cloud hosting providers to store and process your data. Our primary infrastructure is hosted within the UK/EEA.
4.5 Analytics and performance tools
We use analytics tools to understand how the Services are used and to improve them. See our Cookie Policy for details of the specific tools and how to control them.
4.6 Professional advisers and legal requirements
We may share your data with legal advisers, auditors, or regulators where required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
4.7 Business transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such transfer and any changes to this policy.
5. AI-specific data processing — Omni AI
Because Omni AI sends your inputs to third-party AI model providers, this section provides additional detail:
- What is sent: the text, images or files you submit as prompts, plus any context required for the model to generate a response.
- What is returned: the AI-generated output, which is displayed to you within the Omni AI interface.
- Provider data handling: each AI model provider processes your inputs in accordance with their API data processing terms. Under our agreements with these providers, API inputs are generally not used to train their models. However, provider terms may change — we maintain up-to-date data processing agreements and will notify you of any material changes.
- Your responsibility: do not submit sensitive personal data (such as financial details, health information, government ID numbers or confidential business information) into AI prompts unless you understand and accept that this data will be processed by third-party providers.
- Logging: we may log prompt metadata (timestamps, credit consumption, model used) for billing, abuse prevention and service improvement. We do not use the content of your prompts to train our own models.
6. International data transfers
ClickTech is based in the United Kingdom. Some of our third-party providers (including AI model providers and infrastructure services) may process your data outside the UK and EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs);
- transfers to countries recognised as providing adequate protection by the UK Secretary of State or the European Commission; or
- other lawful transfer mechanisms under UK GDPR.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and as required by law:
| Data type | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Account information | Duration of your account plus 2 years after closure (to allow re-activation and resolve post-closure queries) |
| Payment and billing records | 7 years from the date of the transaction (UK tax and accounting requirements) |
| Course progress and certificates | Duration of your account; certificates retained indefinitely for verification |
| AI prompts and outputs | 90 days for service delivery and abuse prevention, then deleted unless you save them to your account |
| Marketing consent records | Duration of consent plus 2 years after withdrawal |
| Support correspondence | 3 years from resolution |
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8). Where deletion is requested, we will delete or anonymise your data except where retention is required by law.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Restriction: request that we limit how we use your data in certain circumstances.
- Data portability: request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

- the right to delete your personal information;
- the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell your personal data;
