Making the move from my old hosting provider was a breeze. Any technical questions I had were answered very quickly. Unlike my previous hosting providers ClickTech has an excellent web hosting product at an unbeatable price! For starters the web control panel is VERY professional and easy to use. Others I had used were very poorly designed and only exposed a very limited set of server properties. This was a big selling point for me. Uptime has also been great! I have not had any problems with down time since I signed up. The customer is always well informed of any maintenance to be done. Plus the customer service has been unbeatable. The hosting providers I have dealt with in the past were very difficult to reach and email reply’s came many days later with little regard for my problems. ClickTech has a VERY quick response time and they go the extra mile to make sure your questions are answered and your problems are solved. That is something that has really impressed me! A very impressive hosting solution - nice price; 500mb space; unlimited bandwidth; good support; clean control panel. First Class Customer Support! I required hosting that enabled me to install an SSL certificate. I was at my wits end with my current hosting provider who only provided shared SSL space which is all but useless if you are trying to set up an e-commerce site. I really wanted to thank you for your customer service! I have been VERY pleased with it. Its upsetting that so many companies today don't see the value of good customer service. I'm looking for another job right now and I have my resume posted out on my site. So, last week I switched to **** Hosting from **** because their up-time and customer service was HORRIBLE (My home pc had better up-time than their web servers..) and I needed my resume to be available! **** customer service wasn't all that great (They gave me 100mb instead of the 300mb I should of had and said it would take 3-5 days to fix it), and their control panel stunk, all of that for $15 a month. So know I'm here and am very happy! Your customer service is excellent and the admin control panel and your web mail interface are awesome! I'm very impressed with what you have to offer for such a low price. It was a really good idea to put a demo of that on your site, as I was shopping around that's one of the things influenced me to go with your service. I'm glad this web hosting nightmare is over! :)
