All ClickTech software is designed and tested in real-world applications and believed to be bug-free. If you find anything that you think may be a bug, please let us know.

30 days of unlimited email support is standard for all purchased versions of ClickTech software. ClickTech prides itself in its ability to answer all messages in a prompt and professional manor. (The ClickTech offices are open Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST.)
Please understand that this support does not extend to ClickTech applications once they have been customized.

| Refunds |
Because ClickTech is unable to control the modification or fully recover downloaded copies of its software applications, ClickTech is unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to fully read and understand these terms in addition to each application's specifications as outlined in each "readme" file prior to purchasing ClickTech software applications.

ClickTech respects your privacy. None of personal information will ever be sold to a third party as a commodity. However, in the unlikely event that ClickTech is ever acquired by another firm, some or all of this information may become part of that transaction.
